Some channels keep buffering how do I fix it?

1)Refresh the listings. (i.e. Live TV, Movies & Series)
2)Clear the cache on your IPTV app.
3)Make sure your device is up to date.
4)Restart your device.
5)Reboot your modem.
6)If issue persist try installing a VPN as your ISP may be throttling the connection. 
7)Delete unused apps to free up more storage and memory in your device.
8)Its is recommended that your download speed be a minimum 50 Mbps. 

Fix playback errors and general issues

Clear the cache on your IPTV app. Restart your device and reboot your modem. This fixes most general issues.

How many devices can I install in my subscription?

On a single connection you can install up to 3 devices but cannot be played simulatenously. Our system can detect more than one connection at a time and can boot one of them off. Extra connections are $10/month.

How do I display the EPG?

On our XStream app or IPTV Smarters Pro app. Go to the home screen click on the settings icon and select EPG. Refresh the EPG.

How can I renew my subscription?

You can use the same payment link in the email we sent you.

How do I download an IPTV app for my apple device?

You can use and download a 3rd party app here https://www.xstreamip.tv/apple/  however we cant fully support 3rd party apps but it will work with our service.

Do I need a VPN on your service?

If you find that some channels are buffering consistently it is recommended you use a VPN such as IPVanish as your ISP may be throttling the connection.
